This hour-long session is built specifically for hybrid athletes like you—designed to help you build strength, have fun, and break a sweat with a supportive community.

Running is a key part of our functional fitness programming, but real, long-term progress comes when it's paired with strength training and bodyweight movements. That’s how you stay strong, fast, and injury-free.

Expect a jam-packed hour with a killer playlist, great vibes, and the chance to connect with other like-minded athletes. Plus, you’ll walk away with tips on how to improve your running through functional fitness.
