What Is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race for all levels.

Each event includes eight 1,000 meter runs with a workout station after every run including ski erg, sled push, sled pull, lunges, burpees, rowing, farmers carry, and wall balls.

Training for HYROX builds strength, endurance, and confidence while improving your overall fitness. It is challenging, fun, and powered by community.
